Scope of Services
This Agreement governs your use of the Ace Data Cloud API and proxy-related services, which are affiliated products of Germey Technology, LLC. This Agreement is a supplementary agreement to the “User Service Agreement” and is an inseparable part of it. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the “User Service Agreement,” this Agreement shall prevail. Ace Data Cloud may continuously update or publish rules, policies, statements, and guidelines related to the services, which will become part of this Agreement upon publication. If you do not meet the conditions of this Agreement, Ace Data Cloud reserves the right to suspend or terminate your use of the services at any time. Additionally, Ace Data Cloud may adjust the scope of services as needed and make announcements without assuming any liability.Form and Content of Services
The services provided by Ace Data Cloud include API services, HTTP proxy services, and bulk data provision services. After this Agreement takes effect, users must prepay the corresponding service fees. Upon receipt of the prepayment, Ace Data Cloud will activate the services. Users must authorize Ace Data Cloud to interact with third-party verification service information sources on their behalf. Users agree that Ace Data Cloud may select specific information sources to provide verification services based on factors such as quality and technical capability. If the information source is unavailable, Ace Data Cloud will provide alternative sources.Service Activation, Payment, and Deductions
API interface services require prepayment. Users can choose and prepay for the corresponding product package as needed. The unit price of the package may fluctuate based on market conditions. Users must ensure that their account balance and remaining call times are sufficient to avoid service interruptions. Users must ensure that the source of funds used for payment is legal. If illegal activities are discovered, Ace Data Cloud reserves the right to terminate cooperation and take legal action. Refund Policy All virtual products and services provided by Ace Data Cloud are non-refundable once sold under normal circumstances. Refund Application Process To apply for a refund, users should submit a request through the customer support channel on the official website and provide detailed proof of service interruption or failure. Verified refund requests that meet the criteria will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Cancellation Policy For subscription services, users may cancel the service at any time. Refunds for prepaid fees will only be considered if the service cannot be normally provided due to technical issues or other force majeure factors. Except for the above circumstances, cancellations will not be refunded. Delivery and Shipping Policy Since all products and services are delivered digitally, there are no delivery or shipping policies applicable to physical goods. Return Policy Due to the special nature of virtual products, sold products are not eligible for return. If there are any questions or issues regarding the products or services, please contact customer support in a timely manner, and we will provide appropriate solutions based on the specific situation. This refund, return, and cancellation policy will be updated as necessary according to applicable laws and company operational needs. Users are responsible for all legal issues arising from their use of the services. Users must ensure that their use of the services complies with the “Personal Information Protection Law” and obtain appropriate authorization for processing personal information. Users must provide proof of authorization and cooperate with Ace Data Cloud’s verification process. Users may not redistribute, sell, or sublicense the services. They must use the services only for authorized purposes and within the agreed scope.Rights and Obligations of Ace Data Cloud
Ace Data Cloud has the right to accept or reject user requests based on actual circumstances or transaction records. Ace Data Cloud may charge users service fees and has the right to suspend services due to overdue payments. Ace Data Cloud will provide necessary technical support to users to ensure the security and normal operation of the system. However, Ace Data Cloud is not responsible for service interruptions caused by external factors. Unless required by law or otherwise stipulated in this Agreement, Ace Data Cloud must keep user data and transaction records confidential.Liability for Breach and Disclaimer
Changes in laws, regulations, and policies may affect the performance of this Agreement. In such cases, both parties shall negotiate to decide on adjustments. If an agreement cannot be reached, either party may terminate this Agreement without incurring liability for breach. Users must maintain the stability and security of their platforms and systems. Ace Data Cloud is not responsible for any losses caused by vulnerabilities or inadequate security measures.Supplementary Terms
This Agreement takes effect when the user registers with Ace Data Cloud and agrees to this Agreement. If there is any inconsistency between this Agreement and the paper contract signed by the user and Ace Data Cloud, the paper contract shall prevail.
